Sam McArdle

Overview

Sam is from Dublin Ireland, and first appeared in 'The Clinic' for RTE television and in 'Turandot' (Dir: Dieter Kaegi) at The Gaiety Theatre. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Upon graduating he filmed a guest lead role as Alex in 'Holby City' (DIR: James Larkin) and won a role in the radio play 'Skin In The Game' (Dir: Donald Black) written by Roddy Doyle. From there, he played Grimaldi in Cheek By Jowl's 'Tis Pity She's a Whore'. He has recently finished shooting the feature film 'Lady in the Van' (DIR: Nicholas Hytner) with Maggie Smith.
