Throughout Martyn’s extensive career, he has worked on a variety of projects both on stage and screen. His TV credits include HARLEY AND THE DAVIDSONS, THE TUDORS, JONATHAN STRANGE
AND MR NORRELL, AGATHA RAISIN, FATHER BROWN, THE LAST KINGDOM, THE SARAH JANE ADVENTURES, DECLINE AND FALL and most recently 'THE ROMANOFFS' and 'CATCH 22.' Martyn has been a series regular in such series as THE SMOKE, THE NEW ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD, LIFEBOAT, HAPPY FAMILIES and ROCKLIFFE’ S BABIES. He has also featured in numerous episodes of THE BILL, CASUALTY and EASTENDERS.

Film credits include; AGENT CODY BANKS, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, DEVIL’S BRIDGE and CHRISTMAS EVE.

Martyn has also starred in ten West End shows; WICKED, THE LION KING, LES MISERABLES, ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS, CAROUSEL, ASPECTS OF LOVE, THE 39 STEPS, GRAND HOTEL, LENNON AND GUYS AND DOLLS, for which he won the ‘ Whatsonstage Award’ ( Best Supporting Actor in a Musical)
