Overview

Upon graduating from drama school, Iarla McGowan's first role was as Christy Mahon in 'The Playboy of the Western World'. He went on to feature in the first episode of 'Law and Order: UK'. Last year, Iarla made his debut at the National Theatre in the critically acclaimed 'Scenes from an Execution' by Howard Barker. Other recent theatre work includes 'Macbeth' (Riverside Studios), the title role in 'Richard III' (UK Tour) and Millen in 'Observe the Sons of Ulster'  (Abbey Theatre).
